The interview however, is great. I spend 25 minutes chatting with Brent about drywalling. Well, not quite, we do however see what one of Canada’s most versatile and speedy triathletes is doing other than training during this whole Covid thing. We also talk, in detail, about rivalries in triathlon. They are good for the sport but triathlon hasn’t had many. Brent & I discuss the topic from all angles including the hospital.
Also on the program, we have another episode of Mikey’s Top Five List. This time Mikey gives us some helpful hints to keep us motivated and engaged in our training during the last gasps of our West Coast Winter.
