Time has been kind to Vancouver’s Rach McBride.
Not only did Rach emerge from the Covid-Era heathier + wiser, 2022 turned out to be a most amazing year.
Though we are only half done, 2023 has been an exceptional year for McBride as well, with an exciting finish to the Half Ironman distance race in St. George. You can see some heart-palpitating numbers here.
